Movie Trailer- Ang Lee's Life of Pi

Life of Pi
Synopsis:
The story of an Indian boy named Pi, a zookeeper's son who finds himself in the company of a hyena, zebra, orangutan, and a Bengal tiger after a shipwreck sets them adrift in the Pacific Ocean.

This film is based on Yann Martel’s 2001 best-selling novel Life of Pi which follows the spiritual journey of an Indian boy named Pi who is left stranded at sea with a Bengal tiger following a shipwreck. The film adaptation has been in the works for years, and a stunning trailer has just been released.
The fantasy 3-D adventure directed by Oscar-winning director by Ang Lee (Brokeback Mountain, Sense and Sensibility, Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon) features Suraj Sharma as the young Pi and Tobey Maguire (Spider Man) as Martel. Lee began shooting Life of Pi, which also stars Irrfan Khan (Slumdog Millionaire), GĂ©rard Depardieu, Shravanthi Sainath, Suraj Sharma and Tabu, in Taiwan and India earlier this year.
It should be noted that the book's ending wasn't quite pleasant and as such may receive some treatment to suit the audience. If it's left as is and the film stays true to the book's story end, some parents will be in for a big surprise if they take their little ones to it.
Check out the trailer below.
